Soooo hair, we damage our hair so much every day, wrong products, hair dryers, tongs, flat irons, hair rollers , weather. The list literally goes on. Soo in order to maintain good healthy shiny hair i reckon you need to;
get a hair cut every 6-8 weeks,
use heat defense gel/ spray on it,
try not to use heat products too much,
a decent shampoo and conditioner,
for split ends use a good butter mask,
avoid dying your hair if possible,
don't wash your hair every day,
avoid ponytails as the hair ties damage it,
eat food with vitamins,
instead of brushing it use a wide tooth comb,
finally, drink lots of water :)
